VerifidRent helps real estate agents and property managers triage rental applicants. This policy explains what tenant information we collect, how it is used, and the rights you have over your data.
Information We Collect
When you submit a rental application through a VerifidRent link, we collect the details you provide: your full name, phone number, email address, occupation, and self-reported screening answers — including household status, Israeli guarantors, income brackets, lease duration, smoking status, pets, and move-in timeline.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely for rental triage by the landlord or property manager who shared the application link. It is used to calculate a Fit Score against that property's stated preferences and to allow the agent to contact you about the rental. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
We Never Sell Your Data
VerifidRent does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your application data is visible only to the agent or landlord associated with the listing you applied to.
Data Retention
Your application is retained for as long as the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so the agent can review past applicants. You may request deletion of your application at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
